Cancellation Policies

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at jdiaz@gtibusinessdr.com or call 1-212-470-6674 with your order details.

For custom or special orders, cancellations may not be accepted once the order has been confirmed with the manufacturer or supplier.

Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product is returned in unused, original condition and packaging within 15 business days of delivery.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our customer service team prior to returning any product.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made or special-order products.

Opened or used items (unless defective).

Items returned without original packaging or documentation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
